Big Five Personality Traits

The Big Five Personality Traits, also known as the Five-Factor Model (OCEAN), describe five broad dimensions of personality. Unlike type-based systems, each trait is measured on a spectrum, offering a nuanced and scientifically grounded understanding of individual differences12.

Conscientiousness

Extraversion
